No cash refunds are permitted on card payments. Returns are subject to the rules of international payment systems. The return procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Consumer Rights Protection Law of Russian Federation.

• The consumer has the right to return the goods at any time before the delivery, or within seven days after the delivery; • The return of the goods is possible in the case where the goods have retained their marketable condition, as well as the document that would serve as proof of purchase (the receipt); • The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of appropriate quality and having all the individually specified properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the person acquiring it; • In case of a refund, the seller is obligated to fully refund the customer the full price of the product cost, excluding the shipping costs no later than ten days from the day of the refund claim;

To get a refund to your bank card, you must complete
 the "Application for a Refund", which will be sent by the company to your e-mail address upon request, and then send it along with a copy of your passport to [email protected]

The refund will be credited to your bank card within
21 (twenty-one) business days upon receiving your "Application for a Refund" by the Company.

To get a refund for transactions made in error,
the Client must submit a written application along with a copy of the passport and receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application should be sent to [email protected]

The amount refunded will be equal to the amount of the purchase. The time for consideration of the Application and refund begins to run from the time the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays/weekends.
